I work for BBC Research & Development as a Unix Systems Administrator. Previous jobs have been:

National Library of Wales
Programmer on various projects, including the backends of the Wales on the Web (CAYW) portal and Archives Network Wales.
BBC Internet Services
Support of most of the public-facing servers and services as part of a small team. I was also the person primarily responsible for the BBC Ogg Vorbis streaming trials happening.
Abersoft (sister company of Broadsword Interactive)
Network code and a bit of database reverse engineering before the publishers canned the project.
